army costumes The Army Career Alumni Program hosted a small gathering for students of Seoul American Elementary School at their headquarters on Yongsan Garrison Oct. 31. Kids showed up in either casual wear or costumes, and were given candy and invited to craft halloween items, such as jack-o-lanterns, with the ACAP staff. The visit also gave the ACAP staff a chance to get in on the halloween excitement. Photos by ACAP Office
